Abstract | The report responds to general public comments. It provides EPA's response to public comments on groundwater pathway risk analysis. It also addresses revised high and analysis, Monte Carlo analysis, co-disposal, capping waste analysis results of toxicity characteristic levels, waste-specific comments, and other groundwater modelling issues. It discusses the non-groundwater pathway risk analysis, including eliminating wastes managed as hazardous, model modification regarding release and transport of soil to off-site receptor. The report examines public comments on analyses regarding leaching of oily waste and the potential for additive risks from multiple sources. |
