Abstract |
The objectives of the study were: To review the literature on techniques of phosphorus analysis; to determine the suitability of suggested analytical techniques for the estimation of phosphorus forms in an estuarine environment; to determine the precision and accuracy of the selected techniques of analysis; and to determine the most suitable method of preservation of samples to be analyzed for various forms of phosphorus. |
