Abstract | The Position Document addresses the risks and benefits of pesticide products containing Oxydemeton-Methyl. The Agency has determined that the use of products containing Oxydemeton-Methyl may meet or exceed a risk criterion described in 40 CFR Part 154. Potential hazards will be examined further to determine the nature and extent of the risk, and considering the benefits of Oxydemeton-Methyl, whether such risks cause unreasonable adverse effects on the environment. |
