Abstract |
The guide provides assistance to the regulated community in meeting compliance requirements of the Storm Water Phase II rule. Major sections include an introduction to the Storm Water Phase II rule, an overview of the Phase II rule requirements, a series of step-by-step procedures for operators of small MS4s or small construction activities to determine if they are subject to the regulation, and a discussion of how the rule affects industrial facilities including an explanation of the No Exposure exclusion. |
