Abstract |
The document sets forth procedures to be followed by the Public Health Service for standardizing and certifying food-service sanitation survey officers. The procedure may also be used by a certified food-service sanitation survey officer within his own State for training local food-service sanitation personnel in proper inspection techniques and interpretation of sanitation requirements.
