Abstract | The report gives methods and results of an environmental assessment test program at an oil-fired, low-emission residential heating unit. The aim of the program was to measure emission changes resulting from changing the operating mode of the low-emission furnace. Emissions of trace elements, organic materials, sulfur species, NO, CO, hydrocarbons, and particulate matter were measured. Both continuous and cyclic operating modes were evaluated. |
