Abstract |
Trace element levels were determined by spark-source mass spectrometry for five locations in the Northern Great Plains area. Samples were collected using low volume membrane samplers and analyzed for some 50 elements. Quarterly composite samples were analyzed. Comparison of composite results was made with individual filter results during one quarter. A discussion of recommended methodology for ambient trace element sampling is presented. |
