Abstract |
The report describes a waste water oxidation lagoon study conducted at Oregon State University. The study was instigated in an effort to better understand biological, chemical and physical mechanisms involved in the stabilization of organic wastes in oxidation lagoons operating in maritime climates. It establishes criteria for design and operation of aerobic lagoons in the maritime climate of the Pacific Northwest. |
