Abstract |
This Record of Decision (ROD) presents the remedial action alternative selected for Operable Unit 2 (OU-2), to address soil and groundwater contamination at the Naval Weapons Station (NWS) Earle Site, located in Colts Neck, New Jersey (Site). OU-2 includes the paint chip and sludge disposal area (Site 19). The remedy includes excavation and off-site disposal of contaminated soil and sediments, institutional controls, and long-term groundwater monitoring. |
