Abstract |
The Task III objective was to evaluate the relationship between stationary source performance over time and the regulatory process. Emphasis is on the effectiveness of the state/city regulatory activities without regard to which agency is implementing them. The report includes suggestions for the incremental modification of the regulatory system and for further analysis involving major modifications of the regulatory process. |
