Abstract |
Control Techniques Guidelines (CTG) are issued for volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from air oxidation processes within the synthetic organic chemical manufacturing industry. The document informs Regional, State, and local air pollution control agencies of reasonably available control technology (RACT) for development of regulations necessary to attain the national ambient air quality standards for ozone. |
