Abstract | The undiluted compound administered orally to rats killed at doses of 1600 ag/kg of body weight, while intraperitoneal administration killed at doses of 400 mg/kg. Mice were killed with doses as low as 1600 mg/kg orally and 200 ag/kg intraperitoneally. Symptoms included weakness, diarrhea, roughening of the coat, slight vasodilatation and labored respiration. Deaths were delayed for as long as 4 days. |
