Abstract |
The objective of this study is to develop and evaluate a heuristic algorithm to aid the regional planning of waste water treatment systems. The regional planning problem is representative of a certain class of multi-period, multi-facility location problems. The algorithm developed in this study is quite general and applicable over the whole class of problems. |
