Abstract
This volume of the User's Guide for the Industrial Source Complex (ISC3) Dispersion Model describes algorithms utilized in the ISC3 models. The ISC3 User's Guide has been revised as part of a larger effort to incorporate (1) the numerical integration method for the area source algorithm, (2) a revised dry deposition algorithm, (3) the addition of a wet deposition algorithm, and (4) a pit retention algorithm.
