Abstract |
This report documents how the draft EPA NONROAD2004 emission inventory model accounts for the effects of temperature and Reid Vapor Pressure (RVP) on diurnal evaporative emissions, as well as temperature effects on four-stroke exhaust emissions. RVP and temperature also effect vapor displacement, which is covered in NR-013a, 'Refueling Emissions for Nonroad Engine Modeling.' |
