Abstract | This is a plan to restore and preserve the quality of surface and ground water, eliminate or reduce pollution at its source, remove polluting materials from waste water discharges, and regulation of stream flow. Desires of the public for clean water are identified; desires translated into goals; and engineering and scientific technology is applied to determine alternative methods. |
