Abstract
Under the authority of section 112 of the Clean Air Act (CAA), the United State Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is developing National Emission Standards (NESHAP) for primary copper smelters. This document presents our responses to public comments on the proposed rule and the supplemental proposal.
