Abstract | The purpose of the report is to provide an environmental assessment of the 208 Waste Treatment Management Plan conducted by the Houston-Galveston Area Council. The designated planning area covered by the Greater Houston Area 208 Plan includes all of Harris County and portions of Brazoria, Fort Bend, Galveston, Montgomery and Waller Counties. This report assesses the impacts of implementing the Greater Houston Area 208 Plan, and also the impacts of not implementing the 208 Plan. |
