Abstract
This document has been developed by EPA in support of the rulemaking process for arsenic in drinking water. The Agency is proposing a Maximum Contaminant Level Goal (MCLG) and revisiting the existing MCL for arsenic. The purposes of this document is the: identification of available and acceptable analytical methods for measuring arsenic in drinking water and the determination of the practical quantitation limit (PQL) for arsenic in drinking water.
