Abstract | EPA's Superfund Revitalization Office (SRO), EPA's Region IV Waste Management Division, and the International City/County Management Association (ICMA) organized a regional conference in Atlanta to solicit suggestions on how to improve the current Superfund program. Attendees representing industry, local government, state government, environmental groups, and private citizenry participated in break-out sessions focusing on three primary topics: enhanced public involvement, remedy, selection, and federal and state roles. |
