Abstract
Di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (DEHP) was administered orally at 100, 500, and 2,500 mg/kg to 4 male and 4 female marmosets for 13 weeks, and its toxicological effects were evaluated. Clofibrate, which shows a potent peroxisome proliferating action in rodents, was administered orally at 250 mg/kg for 13 weeks as a reference drug.
