The first part of the section identifies the tools and methods, linked most closely to each HRD role. The second part of the section describes, with references, each tool or methodology. Section II: Model Outcome-Oriented Measures. This section identifies 18 sample measures of HRD performance that are oriented toward results rather than activities. It starts with a table showing the measures that are linked most closely to assessing performance in each HRD role.
