Abstract |
This report presents data compiled during the investigation of the test compound specified. The sponsor, test compound, study type, test species, study dates and personnel responsible for the study are detailed in the appendices. All new data, standard operating procedures, protocols and other documents pertaining to this investigation are maintained in archival storage in the Toxicological Sciences Laboratory, Health and Environment Laboratories, Eastman Kodak Company, Rochester, NY. All aspects of this study were performed in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) Regulations of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (40 C.F.R. Part 792). The following deviations from the protocol occurred, but are not expected to have significantly affected the quality of the study: Rats were obtained at 5 to 7 weeks of age instead of 6 to 7 weeks of age; Rats were held in isolation for five days instead of seven day after receipt; At the start of the studies, male rats weighed between 125 and 178 g instead of 125 to 175 g; The relative humidity of the animal rooms ranged from 31 to 70% instead of 40 to 60%. There were no known deviations from the GLP Regulations that would be expected to affect the quality of the study. |
