Abstract |
Some of the potential of high pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) for sample cleanup of drinking water extracts for later analysis by GC/MS is described. Co-eluting compounds or background can be eliminated, thus improving mass spectra identification of GC peaks and enabling the identification of compounds not previously identified. |
