Abstract
The model permit has been developed to provide a standard permit format for facilities that store, treat, or dispose of hazardous wastes. The model is divided into parts and will eventually cover all types of facilities that require permits under RCRA. At present parts have been developed that cover permit conditions for tank and container storage, and incinerators.
