Abstract | The purpose of the study summarized in this report was to search and review the scientific literature on the sources of elevated soil-lead concentrations. More importantly, the study identified the basis upon which elevated soil-lead levels were attributed to a particular source. Literature searches were conducted to identify relevant articles and were supplemented by studies previously uncovered by the authors of this report. In all, 36 relevant studies were identified and formed the basis for this report. |
