Abstract | In Sarpy County, Nebraska, a geographic location where badly eroded loess-mantled hills are common, a gully has been successfully utilized as a unique answer to the problem of solid waste disposal employing the sanitary landfill method of disposal. In addition, the benefit of reclaiming a gully for agricultural purposes was achieved. |
