Abstract |
D4 did not produce a consistent, dose-related mutagenic effect in any of the salmonella strains tested, either in the absence of in the presence of an S9 metabolic activation system. These results were confirmed in an independent test. Under the conditions of this salmonalle/microsome mutagenicity assay, D4 was not considered mutagenic. |
