Abstract | P-(1,1,3,3-tetramethylbutyl)phenol (CAS No. 140-66-9) was evaluated for subchronic dietary toxicity. The test substance was administered in the diets of albino rats (15/sex/group) at a concentration of 5%. No treatment-related effects on growth, mortality, food consumption, urinary excretion of sugar and protein, hematologic values, or organ to body weight ratios, and no pathologic lesions. |
