This laboratory manual is designed to contain analytical procedures for all parameters listed in the National Interim Primary Drinking Water Regulations (NIPDWR). Some procedures may be carried out by operators or laboratory technicians with little or no experience (chlorine, turbidity, fluoride, nitrate) while other parameters require understanding and experience in using sophisticated analytical equipment (atomic absorption, gas chromatography).
