| Abstract | This report describes the method used and some kinetics of the cholinesterase determination in the dog, rabbit, rat, and man. The method provides a well defined and precise measurement of the effects of organophosphate insecticides upon these species, which heretofore could be estimated only approximately in toxicological experiments. |
