Abstract |
Radiation presents some distinctive complications to achieving the simple purpose of an injured party. The first problem is that of proving the injury. The problem is expanded by the trend where courts are willing to recognize interference with peace of mind as a compensable tort. Several cases in radiation injury litigation are discussed. (Author) |
