Abstract |
This study is being reported under Section 8(e) CAP because acrylates generally produce positive results in the mouse lymphoma assay. In this study, the test material induced an increase in the mutant frequency at the TK Locus in L5178Y mouse lymphoma cells at concentrations of 0.0094 and 0.0125 pl/ml without activation. No increase in mutant frequency was observed with activation. |
