Abstract |
The EPA proposed several minor revisions to the final Lead and Copper Rule (LCR) which eliminate unnecessary requirements and clarify other requirements in an effort to promote consistent implementation of the LCR nationwide, streamline and reduce reporting burden. This RIA addendum updates the impacts estimated in the 1991 RIA and Regulatory Flexibility Analysis. |
