This decision document presents the selected remedial action for operable units 3 and 4 at the Reilly Tar & Chemical site (the Site) in Indianapolis, Indiana. These operable units are the third and fourth of five planned for the Site. They specifically outline actions to address two onsite areas of soil and groundwater contamination, which have been determined by the Remedial Investigation to pose unacceptable risks to human health and the enviroinment.
