Abstract | Ample toxicological, and ecological effects data have been submitted to support the unconditional registrations of Rootall, which is a low volume, minor use pattern product, and the manufacturing use product, Rootall-B. The Environmental Fate and Ground Water Branch (EFGWB) has sufficient data to assess the environmental fate of Rootall and Rootall-B. The following data requirements have been satisfied: hydrolysis. The aerobic soil metabolism and the data requirements for leaching and adsorption/desorption have been waived. The requirements of photodegradation in water, and soil dissipation were waived. These studies were not required provided the registrant deleted the terrestrial non-food uses from the label. EFGWB agreed to waive all fate data contingent upon a determination by the Biological and Economic Analysis Division that the waiver request, based on economic hardship was valid. |
