Abstract | The Office of Inspector General (OIG) conducted this audit in response to hotline complaints about the Customer Technology Solutions (CTS) desktop deployments. We evaluated the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA's) implementation of CTS. Specifically, we sought to determine whether EPA had: (1) responded to resolve issues identified during CTS deployment, (2) put in place processes to eliminate recurring problems with deploying CTS, and (3) implemented oversight practices for the CTS contract. |
