Abstract |
The test article, 1,6 - Hexamethylene diisocyanate, was tested in the CHO/HGPRT Mutation Assay in the absence and presence of Aroclor-induced rat liver S9. The preliminary toxicity assay was used to establish the dose range for the initial mutagenesis assay. The initial and independent repeat mutagenesis assays were used to evaluate the mutagenic potential of the test article. |
