Abstract |
The resistance of gas turbine components to the corrosive environment expected in a power plant fueled with shredded refuse was questioned. Corrosion tests were run at conditions simulating those expected from the interfacing of a fluidized bed refuse combustor with current state-of-the-art gas turbines. (Modified author abstract) |
