Abstract | The report presents control measures that, if fully implemented, will allow achievement of ambient air quality standards in the Greater Houston Area by 1977. The study was directed toward measures to control photochemical oxidants and carbon monoxide. The measure evaluations include an assessment of their technical effectiveness and institutional/social feasibility. |
