Abstract | We are reporting for your information the results of a two-week subchronic inhalation study with diethylene glycol dimethyl ether (diglyme) which was conducted at our Haskell Laboratory. Groups of 20 male and 10 female rats were exposed by inhalation to concentrations of diglyme of 0, 100, 300 or 1000 ppm for six hours a day, five days a week for two weeks. Serial sacrifices for male rats (groups of 5 each) were conducted 0, 2, 6 and 12 weeks after exposure; sacrifices for female rats were conducted 0 and 2 weeks after exposure. |
