The study and practice of environmental law is almost wholly shaded by federal legislation, the most pervasive of which is compiled in this pamphlet of Selected Environmental Law Satutes. This edition is current through Pub. L. 113-9 Approved May 1, 2013. The statutes contained in this pamphlet bear not only the title and section classifications of the United States Code, but also their Congressional Act and section designations. The popular names of the corresponding Acts and related acronyms are identified in the Margin Index on the back cover. Appendices contain, ni xcerpted form, other legislative and regulatory provisions that are the frequent companions of environmental law study. To reach all of the judicial constructions, historical notes and additional annotative material pertaining to any given statutory provision, the reader should review that provision in the United States Code Annotated or consult the other special research aids noted in this pamphlet following each section. The latter include references to the Code of Federal Regulations; the Key Number Digest System; Corpus Juris Secundum; West's Federal Forms; and Federal Practice and Procedure. |
