Its primary purpose is to provide guidance to this audience on management of Superfund program. The FY 94 Superfund Program Implementation Manual consists of two volumes. Volume 1 contains information on program goals and priorities, program planning and reporting, and budget and workload models. Volume 2 includes appendices providing information on specific programs and acts and their applicability to Superfund Comprehensive Accomplishments Program (SCAP).
