Abstract | The information presented in the published studies cited in the FYI submission indicates that pyrazole can cause developmentally toxic effects following intraperitoneal injection in mice and oral administration to rats. Giknis and Damjanov (1982) found that intraperitoneal injections of pyrazole at a dose of 6 mg/kg/day to pregnant Swiss Webster mice on days 8, 10, 12 and 14 of gestation resulted in reduced litter size and reduced fetal weight. |
