Abstract |
The report provides compliance cost information for use by EPA in decision-making for the final Guidance. The primary purpose of the study was to develop the cost of control measures (e.g., pollution prevention, end-of-pipe treatment, or other pollutant controls) needed by point sources to meet effluent limitations developed using the final Guidance water quality criteria and implementation procedures. The estimate considers only the incremental cost of complying with the final Guidance. |
