Abstract |
The report pertains to phosphorochloridic acid, diethyl ester (synonym: diethylphosphorochloridate) (CAS No. 814-49-3) and is being submitted because of lethality observed in an acute oral toxicity test in mice and severe skin irritation observed in an acute dermal irritation study in guinea pigs. The oral LD, is 100 mg/kg in mice. Mice dosed at 50 mg/kg showed a 65% reduction in cholinesterase. The dermal LD90 in guinea pigs is 0.05-0.1 cc/kg. The report is being identified as a study involving other than human effects (Unit II.B.2.b of CAP Agreement). |
