Abstract | Eight male albino rabbits weighing between 2 and 3 kg were clipped over the trunk area and fitted with plastic collars. Proper doses of 50% (wt./vol.) test material in acetone were applied to the backs of six rabbits then wrapped with Saren wrap, Kling elastic bandage and Elastoplast adhesive bandage. After 24 hours, the rabbits were unwrapped, washed and caged for observations for 16 days, or until death. |
