Abstract | The overall objective is to validate and further develop a cost- effective VOC control system for painting facilities that meets the requirements of the Aerospace NESHAP, an 81 percent reduction in VOCs from non-compliant coatings. This will be accomplished using the partitioned recirculation flow reduction technique and a novel VOC concentrating and biological treatment process. |
