Abstract |
This report on Task II presents the results of 20 plant inspections conducted in North Carolina. One of the principal purposes of the plant inspections was to evaluate the effectiveness of EPA regulatory policies with respect to the operation and maintenance of the control equipment. Potential benefits of proposed regulatory modifications are considered. |
