Abstract
Statements presented by representative manufacturers and users of PCB's and PCB containing products at meetings with the EPA Administrator have been compiled. Industry outlines its plans for discontinuing the use of PCB's, but presents summarizations of the problems with the phasing out of capacitor and transformer manufacture. The report represents a consultative step in meeting the EPA goal of banning the use of PCB's in all new products.
